Hey, I'm Alan.

A couple of years ago, I was exactly where you probably are right now. Fresh out of college, applying to everything, barely hearing back. I didn't understand why I wasn't landing roles I knew I was qualified for.

The hardest part wasn't the rejection. It was not knowing what I was doing wrong. But then I figured it out. Once I changed how I was presenting myself, things completely changed. I learned that many times, the experience you have isn't what's stumping you. It's how you are communicating it.

That's why I started Drafted. I've been on both sides of it. Breaking into sports and entertainment at places like the Miami HEAT, Fanatics, and Legends. Figuring out how to stand out in industries where everyone wants in and nobody's hiring. I had to reverse-engineer what actually works. Now I've turned that into a system, and I've helped people land interviews and offers across tech, marketing, sales, financial services, events, and sports.

This is not an asynchronous course you watch alone at midnight. Nor a cheat sheet with all the answers either. This is a coaching journey that will change the way you position yourself not only in your career but the rest of your life.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does coaching usually last?+

It depends on where you're at and what you need. Some clients wrap up in a few weeks, others stick around longer. There's no rigid timeline. We move at your pace.

Is this just a resume review?+

No. We rework your resume, but that's just the starting point. You also get portfolio and positioning help, a full job search strategy, interview prep, a private Notion workspace, an AI email writer, and ongoing support throughout your search. On top of all the resources, you will learn how to strategize in today's job market.

What if I don't know what kind of role I want?+

That's completely fine and that's where a lot of people start. Part of what we do in the first few sessions is figure out what you're actually good at, what you enjoy, and where those things overlap with real opportunities.

How is this different from my school's career center?+

Career centers give general advice to hundreds of students. I work with you 1-on-1, look through all of your actual materials, understand your goals, your positioning to employers, and then build a strategy around that. I'll be with you through the process. It's the difference between a group exercise class and a personal trainer.

What does it cost?+

Pricing depends on what you need. We'll talk through it on the free intro call. No pressure, no hard sell. I'll send you a clear breakdown afterward.

Do I need to be a recent grad?+

Not at all. I work with recent grads, people a few years into their career who feel stuck, and anyone looking to switch industries or level up how they're positioning themselves.

What if I'm already employed but want to switch?+

That's one of the most common situations I help with. We'll figure out how to position your current experience for the direction you actually want to go, and build a plan to make the move without burning bridges.
